Are you familiar with our production facilities? In Algas Pacific we are proud to open our doors to clients and the general public.
The key to our products’ quality? Easy: our people, order, clean spaces, standardization and continuous improvement. We have covered the topics of efficiency and quality of our products in other posts, but this time we want to show you what happens before an order leaves our production facility.
Some background
We started back in 2012 with our 800m² industrial unit #1 with a production capacity of 1 million liters per year. This one continues operations producing Larusoil. Our industrial unit #2 was built in 2020 with 1,850m² and 9m of height. We currently have an installed capacity of 2 million liters per year and a planned capacity of 5 million of liters per year.
Our people
Our supervisors of quality, production, maintenance, storage, security, safety and ecology as well as operators and assistants are involved in the processes of continuous improvement. We have talented people in our team who have been part of our story and growth throughout these 13 years: from standard compliance up to strapping efficiency; from the design of an automatic filling machine up to the development of customized elements to shorten the time of reception, cutting and falling of fresh seaweeds. Certification and continuous training together with work environment are of the upmost importance. Our people are our Algas Pacific family.
